About PhilaPUG

     PhilaPUG is a volunteer-based group of PDA users that seeks to share information and resources to help each user get the most out of their handheld device. Anyone is welcome to participate in our group -- either by posting to the Yahoo Group or by attending our periodic meetings.

     While most of our users continue to own devices that run the Palm Operating System (devices made by PalmOne, Sony Clié, HandSpring/Treo, etc.), some of our group are also touting other PDA platforms (Pocket PC, Sharp Zaurus, etc.). Even if you don't yet own a handheld computer, you can still participate in PUG. Over the years we've often had people ask for advice on what to purchase before they take the PDA plunge.

Here are some other aspects you might find beneficial about PhilaPUG and the PhilaPUG Yahoo Group:

• Have a technical question or pesky problem? Ask the group for help.
• What to here opinions on the latest technologies? Some members in our group are experts in cutting edge software and hardware.
• Have a few old PDAs or accessories to sell? You can post a brief message to the Yahoo Group to see if anyone is interested.
• Want to get together with other PDA owners to share ideas? Come to our next meeting.
